Trotter's Cafe

Hidden Stream Farm produces MSG free meat, beef and pork with no chemicals or antibiotics based on a grass fed family farm.  Lisa and Eric Klein have also collaborated with like-minded friends and associates to provide their customers with local/regional fruits, vegetables, and meat items.  The Kleins assure that their collaborators use standards and practices that meet their criteria of sustainability  and non certified organic production.  They help provide our Local  - Fresh - Yum!
