Mediterranean Pasta - Bowtie pasta sauteed with tomatoes, fresh basil, spinach, red onions, roasted red pepper, garbanzo beans, parsley and kalamata olives. Topped with feta and fresh parmesan cheeses. Served with our grilled focaccia. $10
Roasted Butternut Squash Pasta - Roasted butternut, red onions, organic greens, fresh basil and sage, olive oil, crushed red pepper and brown sugar. Tossed with farfalle and finished with fresh parmesan and a touch of cream. $9
Carolina Pulled Pork - Hidden Stream Farm pork slow roasted with ancho peppers and served with a Carolina mustard BBQ sauce on our grilled whole wheat roll. Served with JoJo fries. $9
West African Sweet Potato Stew - Sweet potatoes, cabbage, red onions and tomatoes sauteed in a spicy peanut ginger sauce, served over orange cardamom rice. Garnished with sliced bananas and julienned beets and carrots tossed in fresh lime juice. $10
